Kia’s been on the PBS Digital Studios Deep Look team for over 10 seasons now. That’s a lot of bugs, sea creatures, fughi, and other tiny things to talk about. Her work has won her 7 Emmys! And the show has received plenty of other awards including a Webby People’s Voice Award, and mulitple awards from the Jackson Hole Wildlife Film Festival. With over 2 million subscribers on YouTube, Deep Look has been going strong for over a decade.
Kia is a very creative animator who is an excellent collaborator in concepting creative as well as the technical details of each project. She works with us to think each project through from beginning to completion and has successfully turned many projects around on a tight deadline. I have worked with Kia over many years and greatly appreciate the talent and expertise she brings to our projects.
