Kia is an outstanding artist, but why I really wanted to take the time to recommend her is that she’s a true gem in the field of motion graphics. Her work is thorough, always delivered correctly and on-time with a well organized project file to boot (wow folks- that IS rare!). She’s always willing to put in that extra finishing touch or go the extra mile, even when we’re on revision 5,687 and under a deadline. Kia keeps a great attitude throughout it all. But honestly, just take a look at her work, it’s really creative, moving, and inspiring stuff and that’s not easy in the world of corporate communications!

Kia and her team of Darren Kani and Rob Astamendi did an amazing job creating a two minute animation for the launch of cybersecurity company Cloudmark’s new anti-spear-phishing product Cloudmark Trident. Of the seven content marketing pieces created for the launch, this was by far everyone’s favorite.

Directed by Kia Simon, Jondi & Spesh’s music video for their song The Sway: The track itself is haunting and melodious, and Simon overlays it with a noirish visual narrative that fits perfectly.
